Last week members of the ERTMS team represented the industry to advocate all things rail!
On Wednesday, business change duo Damon and Cara supported the East Coast Digital Programme stand at Rail Live educating event attendees on Programme benefits and expectations.
Multiple ERTMS team members came together with their Freightliner colleagues and the Network Rail Routes into Rails team from 21 June through 23 June to inform kids about the advantages of a career in the railway industry. The Big Bang is a STEM event that takes place every year at the Birmingham NEC to inspire kids to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and maths. ERTMS Operational Specialists Scott and Craig guided children through various scenarios on the ultra-light simulators which allow practical learnings on railway safety the driver role. ERTMS Maintenance Trainer Marcell shared his own passion for the railway; attracting kids to come learn more about the roles we have within Freightliner.
